Diagnostic testing is extremely important in veterinary medicine, as our pets cannot physically tell us what is hurting. Test are performed using samples such as blood, urine and feces. Diseases like diabetes, heartworms, urinary tract infections and intestinal parasites are all diagnosed through diagnostic testing.
